May I order on-line?

Yes, after you click "buy" on an item,you have added it to your shopping cart. Once you have placed the item(s) you want to purchase in your cart, you may check out. From the catalog, click on "check out" at the top of the screen. From the shopping cart, click on "let's get some shipping information" and you will be guided through the check-out screens. You may complete your secure order with a credit card, or print it out and fax it. There is also a button on the left to print a blank order form to fax at a later date if you choose. We can not deliver to a PO Box address

What if I want to return or exchange something?

Trademarks must be notified of any returns, exchanges, damaged/defective merchandise, or non-receipt within 30 days of shipping. Shipping corrections such as wrong sizes, quantities, or damaged/defective goods must be returned and will be corrected at Trademarks' expense. Goods shipped correctly may be returned for credit for unused/unworn merchandise only. Please call Program Department for a return authorization. Return freight is the responsibility of the person returning the merchandise. Any replacement will be treated as a new order.

What is the speed of the Delivery Service in Houston?
This is a 4 hour delivery service. For orders placed by 10:30 a.m., this will generally deliver the package to them by noon the next day.
 

 

When will my order ship?

All in-stock merchandise will ship within one business day from receipt of the order. Orders requesting FedEx Priority, FedEx 2nd Day, or Direct Delivery Service must be received by 10:30 am in order to ship the same day. If an item is currently not available, the person who placed the order will be notified and given the choice to: back order the item, select another item, remove the item from the order, or hold the order and ship complete.

Why is my print out blank when I try to print a page from your website?

To remedy this problem choose File and then Print. Choose the option Print as laid out on screen. Then go back to the website and choose the Print icon in the icon bar. Your print should look like what is on screen.
